Mouse Rat is a fictional band from the NBC comedy television show Parks and Recreation. The band is composed of Andy Dwyer (Vocals, Guitar, Songwriting, Spiritual Inspiration), Burly (Guitar), Michael Chang (Bass), and Mark Rivers (Drums). They are managed by the wife of Andy Dwyer, April Roberta Ludgate-Dwyer.
