The eccentric songwriter's final album before his passing in 2002, No Dark In America showcases his remarkable range, from the tongue-in-cheek "Cheese & Crackers" to the emotional and cathartic title track, written in the wake of 9/11 to try and lift the spirits of a shaken nation.
