Refunds can be requested within 20 days of receipt of an order, and are approved on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund for an order for defective merchandise:
Send an email to both firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com within 20 days of receipt of your order with your request for a refund. Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for your request, and if applicable, an image or video of the product highlighting the issue, and we will determine the eligibility for a refund or a replacement. Any shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
Returns must be in new or like-new condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Shipping/Return policy for return instructions.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 20 business days.
